MUSA
MUSA is an octagonal frame with modular research device insertion from 8 directions. These devices can interact with the investigated sample or specimen in the center of the frame.
All screw holes in MUSA base plate are threaded M5 with 10 mm spacing. This means you can fit many sample holders, rotation stages etc. directly on the base plate center.
The research devices connect to the rail counter pieces that have again, M5 threads with 10 mm spacing. Then the counter can slide in and out the base plate rails, and you can lock them on their places by turning a screw on the counter with 2.4mm Allen key.
